Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.idesignac.com (the “Website”), to our text message program, and to requests you make through the Website for estimates, appointments and other services. By using the Website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Who We Are

The Website is operated by Intelligent Design Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Solar, & Electric (“Intelligent Design,” “we,” “us”), 1145 E Fort Lowell Rd, Tucson, AZ 85719. We provide heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, solar and roofing services in Tucson and surrounding communities, licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under ROC 340962, ROC 322375, ROC 296386 and ROC 276673.

Using the Website

You may use the Website for personal, lawful purposes, such as learning about our services, requesting an estimate or booking an appointment. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or collecting information from the Website by automated means for commercial purposes.

We work to keep the Website accurate and current, but its content is general information about our services. It is not a quote, and it is not professional advice for your specific home or system.

Prices, Offers and Estimates

Prices, price ranges and cost examples on the Website are general estimates. The price for your job is the one in the written estimate or quote we give you after assessing your home or system, and that price depends on the equipment, materials and work your job actually needs.

Specials, coupons and promotions are subject to the terms, dates and eligibility requirements stated with each offer. Offers may be changed or ended at any time, cannot be combined unless the offer says so, and have no cash value unless the offer says otherwise.

Work Orders and Your Service Agreement

Each job is governed by the written estimate, proposal, work order or contract you approve for that job, including any terms printed on it. If anything in those job documents conflicts with these Terms, the job documents control for that job. We begin work after you approve the estimate, and any change to the scope of work will be discussed with you before it is performed.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment times and arrival windows are estimates. Weather, emergencies and the length of earlier jobs can affect our schedule, and we will contact you if your appointment needs to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us at (520) 333-2665 as early as you can.

Payment and Financing

Payment is due as stated in your estimate, work order or invoice. Financing is offered through third-party lenders, is subject to credit approval (O.A.C.), and is governed by the lender's own agreement and terms, which you will receive when you apply. Promotional financing terms, such as 0% interest for qualified periods, apply only on approved credit and only for the periods the lender offers. See our financing page for current options.

Guarantees and Warranties

Our service guarantees are described on our Guarantees & Warranties page, and each guarantee applies according to the terms stated there and in your job documents. Equipment and parts are also covered by their manufacturers' warranties, on the manufacturers' terms. Registration, maintenance or other conditions set by a manufacturer may apply.

Membership Plans

Our home maintenance memberships, including the Family Protection Plans, include the benefits and pricing described on our Family Protection Plans page and in the agreement you receive when you enroll. Plan benefits apply as described in that agreement.

Reviews and Information You Submit

When you submit a form, review, testimonial, photo or other content to us, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use reviews and testimonials you give us to describe our services, including on the Website, and we will not change their meaning. We may decline to publish, or remove, content that is unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to our services.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Website links to and uses services run by other companies, such as online scheduling, review platforms, maps and financing applications. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Our Content

The Website's text, photos, graphics, logos and other content belong to Intelligent Design or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or use our content or trademarks commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its general information will fit your particular situation. Nothing in this section limits the guarantees and warranties that apply to work we perform for you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Intelligent Design is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or your reliance on its general information. Our responsibilities for work performed at your home are set by your job documents, our guarantees and applicable law, and this section does not limit any rights you have that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about these Terms or the Website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, unless your job documents say otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
